Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of multi-agent frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring efficient handling of high-throughput scenarios and multiple concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI Solutions: Design and implement NLP and LLM-based applications to address real-world challenges.
• Multi-Agent Frameworks: Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CREWAI to create intelligent systems.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy, manage, and optimize AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) using containerization tools like Docker. Ensure efficient handling of tokens per minute (TPM) and support for multiple concurrent users.
• Scalable AI Pipelines: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable AI workflows and pipelines.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and contribute to innovative projects.

Required Skills
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Strong understanding of techniques such as embeddings, sequence modeling, and text generation.
• LLMs & Multi-Agent Frameworks: Proven experience working with Large Language Models and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar. 

  • Cloud Expertise: Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AI model deployment, including experience with rate limiting, quota management, and inference optimization techniques.
  • Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and managing containerized deployments.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Generative AI Tools: Experience with tools like Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
    • Cloud-Native Architecture: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
    • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, innovative environment.
