Job Summary: 

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support our growing Dynamics 365 practice. You will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline building through multiple channels like LinkedIn and competitor research.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases  
  • Identify prospects from competitor companies and target accounts  
  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads  
  • Explain Dynamics 365 (Sales, ERP, CRM) offerings clearly to potential clients  
  • Set up appointments or demos for the business development team  
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up status in CRM  
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to improve outreach strategies  

 

Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead-generation techniques  
  • Interest in IT/software sales (Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus)
