Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Consultantโ€ฏโ€“ SCM, Retail & Commerce.ย

ย Required qualifications:ย 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/ Dynamics AX Retail experience (prefer at minimum AX 2012 R3)ย 
  • Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholdersย 
  • Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specificationsย 
  • Solid experience in designing and writing technical specification documentsย 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologiesย 
  • Experience and strong working knowledge across the Retail and Commerce and supporting modules and Microsoft products.โ€ฏย 
  • Order to cashย 
  • Inventory, products, variants, attributesย 
  • Catalogs, assortments, pricing, and promotions.ย 
  • Online/Brick & Mortar channel configurationย 
  • POS Architecture and configurationย 
  • Payment processingย 
  • Loyalty and clientelingย 
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Intelligent Order Management (IOM) [Preferred]ย 
  • Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment [Preferred]ย 
  • Security framework. roles and best practicesย 
  • Understanding the integration options and underlying technologies availableย 
  • Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate [Preferred]
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or education on the relevant domain.ย 
  • Current Certifications are preferredย 
  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operationsย 
  • MB-340: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultantย

  • Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating retail processes and recommending improvementsย 
  • Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships.ย 
  • Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization, from C-Suite, SME and End users.ย 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • Comfortable in settings from smaller Discovery/Workshop environments all the way to the Board Room.ย 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformationย 
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibilityย
