SharePoint Developer

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer with 2–5 years of relevant experience to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions focused on Document Management Systems (DMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS). The role involves creating custom workflows, applications, and integrations to optimize business processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand Business Needs: Analyse requirements to design effective SharePoint solutions. 
  • Develop and Customize: Build and configure SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and document management solutions. 
  • Testing and Debugging: Ensure all solutions function effectively and resolve any issues. 
  • Documentation: Create user guides and technical documentation for developed solutions. 
  • User Support: Train and support users for effective adoption of SharePoint solutions. 
  • Security: Manage user permissions and ensure the security of data in SharePoint. 
  • Collaboration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. 

 

Required Skills: 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, .NET framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities. 
  • Communication: Ability to interact effectively with users and team members. 
  • Time Management: Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. 
  • Learning: Stay updated with SharePoint advancements and best practices. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 2–5 years as a SharePoint Developer, preferably in DMS/CMS projects. 
  • Certifications: SharePoint-related certifications are an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Functional Objects and Table structure 
  • General understanding of Integration and Methodologies 
  • Experience with Customization 
  • Understanding of setup: Navision and Business Central 
  • Environmental understanding: Production, UAT, Training, Sandbox, etc. 

Soft Skills: 

  • Communication: High (English language mandatory)

  • Presentation: Medium 

Certification: 

  • Any Functional Certification 

Time Flexibility: 

  • Flexibility needed (multi-zone project specific) 

Work Location Flexibility:
